AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Agile Bespoke Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Services do not currently offer users the ability to submit or post content.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control costs, we agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.

Formal Resolution

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines or resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, at our discretion.

Exceptions

Disputes concerning intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to informal negotiations and may be brought directly in court.

14. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

15. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT. 16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) breach of your representations and warranties; (4) violation of third-party rights; or (5) harmful acts toward other users. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

Although we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of data, and you waive any right of action against us arising from such loss or corruption.
